Im 18 years old men, I feel itchy in my groin. Day by day it getting more itchy and burning sensation now it formed a round shaped red coloured wound like a thing. Its like a ringworm. How can I treat for this. Can I use cool talc in my groin. Is this severe one. Whether it causes a severe problem?
