Vertigo on walking up stairs and sudden movement, getting off balance. Having neck pain. No deficit found in brain scan. Neck x ray shows cervical spondylosis. Taking vertin 16 on doctor's advice and wearing cervical collar. Please advise, if medication is ok. Also advise, if vft is required.

Take the medicines vertin 16 mg thrice a day for a week, and cervical collar for a week, then if there is no relief we will asses and advice you vestibular tests.
