I am 26 years old male. I had pain in shoulders (only when I moved them) but now it has extended all the way to elbow and now parts of both upper arms ache. They don`t ache until I press on bones or sleep on my right side. I also hear cracking sounds if I move shoulders. Is it fibromyalgia, arthritis or simply effects of cold weather on my body? I have poor posture. I don`t have fever. I don`t do sports. Also yesterday I have noticed that if I press on various bones on my body they ache. For example, some bones in the chest, back of neck, some spots in my head behind ears. During a day I don`t feel fatigue but I can feel sleepy so much after 2 pm. I don`t know what`s wrong with me.
