Early morning lime juice in warm water every day. Eat warm cooked food. Do not skip meals. Instead divide meals and eat a small meal every 4 hours instead of large 2 meals. Cut off refined sugar, extra salt avoid junk. Jogging / swimming for at least 30 minutes.
