Sir/madam my son suffering form heavy cold even he can't take proper breath. And also he is suffer 101.5 fever. He can't sleep properly because of breathing. I used p100 ,cetrizine and antibiotic drops ,and also using nose drops and nebulizer with asthalin. So please tell different medince to cure fast please help me.

1) use normal saline nasal drops 1 drop in each nostril 4 times a day for 3 days 2) for fever take syrup paracetamol (125/5) 3.6 ml if temperature is above 100.4 fahrenheit and do not give it more than 4 times a day. 3) syrup salbutamol 1.5 ml 3 times a day for 5 days. 4) syrup co amoxyclav (228.5/5) 2 ml 3 times a day for 5 days. If your son is wheezing take him to the hospital where nebulisation can be done and if still the symptoms persist a chest x ray is advised for further assessment.
