A month ago, I had pain in the bones of the neck, and the muscles in the neck became very painful, and the pain did not go away even with the strongest painkillers and relaxants, and the pain began to descend to the middle of the back, and it hurts like the middle of my back as if it was cracking and my stomach started to hurt, I did an mri and took a vitamin d, magnesium, and b-complex, and these medicines in the pictures, and this is the result of the mri, and I had a physiotherapy session and the pain still persists. If there is something dangerous in the pancreas, kidneys or liver, I do not know what to do.
