Premature ejaculation. habit of hurrying through, while masturbation. I never had sex, due to my religious restrictions, but I masturbate 2 times a day or at least once. And I always rush through while masturbating, to reach the climax. Sometime I do it in 30 seconds or a minute. But I always think that I can control that, in real sex. Does it mean I have PE? If yes, What natural measures can I take to enjoy a healthy sex life after I marry (after 1 year)
