I am 22 year old female and today I randomly checked my blood pressure it came out to be 155 /105 and my heart rate was 105 as well at that time. I do not feel anything no dizziness no headache nothing as such. What should I do is it a cause of concern.

1st measure again blood pressure at another time. If it will come high. Then visit nearest physician for evaluation the cause of high blood pressure. Because you are a young female. There may be secondary cause for high blood pressure.
