Dear sir, I am feeling weakness in my teeth and gums on right side of�my mouth only. Earlier I checked with dentist, he told me that I have gingivitis. After that I have done scaling and cleaning of teeth also. I have some cavities in teeth also. So what could be reason for that?

First of all start brushing at night the food you eat or if you drink milk, soda before going to bed and you do not brush, its welcoming cavity, plaque, in your mouth and as time pass by you will fill loose gums, lot of cavity, bleeding gums, bad breadth and much more. Also do you floss? If not then start to floss, its difficult initially but it is going to save you from lot of cavities and gum disease. Also 1.correct brushing technique, soft zigzag brush, brush at night 2.flossing daily 3. Use of mouthwash like chlorohexidine, hydrogen peroxide, or betadine or salt water rinses 4.use of interdental brushes 5. Gum paints like stolin. Metrohex plus gel by following oral hygiene practices you can reduce or even stop the gum inflammation and future cavities completely.

You can go for filling of cavity you can take vitamin n calcium for strength of tooth ngums.
