Lower back pain burning sensation. Spread to feet with sometimes numbness. Cannot sleep. Getting up after sleeping is difficult. Did mri ls-results below- ? diffuse disc herniation with extension to both neural foramina at l3-4 level causing mild impression on theca sac and adjacent nerve roots. Mild ligamentum flavum / facial hypertrophy. ? moderate impression on theca sac and adjacent nerve roots at l4-5 level due to 1) grade ii non-spondylolysis anterolisthesis of l4 over l5. 2) diffuse pseudo disc bulge with broad based right paracentral / foramina herniation and partial extension to left neural foramen 3) ligamentum flavum / facial hypertrophy.
