I have got mild breathing issue after recovering from covid 6 months back. I've got this tightness n discomfort around my ribs (both front n back) which never goes away. Also I feel like i'm not able to breathe to my fullest. There seems to be some blockage either at back of my head or my ribs or at forehead-nose juncture that prevents me from breathing properly. I've had precautionary tests before for chest disease n it came normal. Could it just be anxiety? Does tightness around the ribs (and specially at side lower back) throughout the day for months a common anxiety symptom? It has started to affect me mentally now. Please guide me through this.
