Hi there I think I am have chronic prostatitis. Some times I feel pain up my rectum where prostate lies (normally this pain comes after a month or 2). And while passing feces some drops of semen also come out from penis. Sometimes after ejaculation I feel some itching in urine pipe. I took novidate 500 mg for almost 8 weeks but no benefit. Then I am taking cefiget 400 mg for almost 7 weeks but only a minor improvement please suggest some medicine.
