I have following health issues 1. Sleep disorder 2. Tension headache /migraine 3. Morning vomiting 4. Irritable bowel syndrome earlier I was taking medicine from psychiatrist all issues were under control except irritable bowel syndrome, my psychiatrist told me to consult gastroenterologist for the irritable bowel syndrome I consulted gastroenterologist he prescribed antibiotics and probiotic along with libotryp ds all other issues are under control except irritable bowel syndrome so he advised me to consult psychiatrist and to continue the treatment. I have semi liquid motion once /twice a day and after that constant urge to poop all the time but nothing comes out. Now I want to consult psychiatrist online. So what could be the treatment for the above health issues as I have observed that are related to fear, anxiety, stress, depression. I have these health issues since 2016. I between I have consulted neurologist as well for headache and mri was normal. So please advise.

Dear lybrate-user as you rightly pointed out your ibs is related to your anxiety I think you learned it from your experience. It is psychological. You should take psychotherapy from a trainned psychologist which will help you to come out of your anxiety, depressive mood etc. Exercise, calming techniques all will help.
