Hi, From past 30-40 days I am feeling very frustrated, agitated or annoyed on every small thing, not able to concentrate on my work, feeling stressed, lack of sleep and indecisive is the common characteristics I can feel in myself. Lack of concentration a common complaint- Is it a disorder or illness?
Is it a disorder? - Yes. when it is attention deficit disorder in children.It can be with hyperactivity and without hyperactivity.But most of the time this is a complaint and not a disorder.
When does it occur ?
- when you are worried or too much anxious
- When you are stressed due to an event or person
- When you are in the middle of somany things so that not able to focuss
- As a result of another psychological disorder like moodu disorder
- Beacuse of poor sleep.
Now how to deal with it?
- To check for reasons mentioned above try to relaxe and engage in some practices like yoga or exrcise.
- If it is due to a disorder treat it.
- Stress - need to be managed by identifying the stressor
- Follow sleep hygeine
- Healthy diet - balanced
