It is high time for you to stop it. Since it is a long standing problem you may need a direct consultation preferably with a psychologist or clinical psychologist. But before that prepare yourself. Try those methods check your motivation ti leave smoking. That is how strong is your wish to change and how effort you are willing to take. Keep a chart of situations where there is high chance for smoking and ways to avoid it include some relaxation exercise or yoga practice in your schedule.

There are some brain enhancing techniques which is called cognitive training. But some vitamins are supposed to increase blood circulation to brain which is a faster method. For eg. Vitamin b3. Don't go for any chemical drugs or medicines.
