Today glycosylated hb 7.9, blood urea nitrogen 24.10, urea 57.10, sugar random 180, mchc 24.80, rfw-sd 48.70, absolute basophil count 0 and mpv 14. Advice treatment.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. I am surprised to see that you have been advised quite a few oral drugs to control blood glucose. Normally giving more than three different compounds is considered to be adequate. Giving extra does not really help much. Plus there is no mention of your age, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile and serum creatinine. Your hba1c% is high. So there is a need to give a totally relook at the treatment.
