In 2018, I did workout all day and eat less food, under mental stress and I got high blood sugar. Also high sugar in urine, I stopped workout and stopped getting high sugar. Everything till now is normal but internet says sugar in urine means kidney is damage. I did recently my rft and diabetic screen test and every thing was normal. No medication in between. Does it mean my kidneys were never damaged? Then why I got sugar in urine?
