Hello doctors, I want to change my seizure medicine name lacosamide, i'm suffering from a kind of problem, suddenly a kind of difficult attack happen till 30 second and after then I feel relief, I never be unconscious, eeg shows abnormal eeg: sharp wave discharge from temporal lobe region, eeg detect only if attack happen during eeg test otherwise show normal eeg in normal condition. Mri result is calcified granuloma at temporal region and mesial temporal sclerosis. Please suggest me some good new generation seizure medicines which do not gives side effects and do not effect to heart, liver and kidney and body can well tolerance. After then I will request to my neurologist doctor for replace. Thank you.
