You need to plan meals well. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. That will help a lot to reduce fats. Avoid outside, junk foods. Exercise whenever you get the opportunity or at least 3 times a week. Let the child do any activity he desires like cricket, swimming or gymnastics. This will ensure at least initial weight loss.
