Hello, greetings from your ayurveda wellness coach. First of all, tariqji do not worry. As you are having anxiety and stress history, it is sometimes natural to have some moderate amount of discomfort in the chest region, at this point I would like to know if you are using any medications. Because sometimes medications also causes some side effects in few cases. Its mainly the discomfort and this can be corrected to follow anulmvilom pranayama. Yes, overweight do also play some role in breathing difficulty and shortness of breath or difficulty in the chest reason and of course sometimes high cholesterol levels do play important role. There are good ayurveda and siddha medicines which I can suggest if you consult online. Thanks and regards.Â
