Hello doctor. I am 27 year old I have a anger problem. I get quickly angry when someone talk bad or vulgar to me instead of control my anger and defending myself .when I get angry I lasts for 1 or 2 day maximum but I feel stressed sometimes I cry why I am very less bold. It's been 4 5 year I have this problem. I have also social phobia. When someone or somewhere people talk loudly my palpations basis. Plzzz help me out I have other problems like stomach acidity, soar throat, blocked nose ,stress, tiredness and sleepy, feel exhausted when work for 1 hour, headache.

You have to control your anger by meditation and yoga. Keeping anger does not solve any issues. You may need to see a counsellor or psychologist.

Wake up early go for walk or jogging, start doing meditation and yoga, you'need to engage urself in your work as much as you can, all the above symptoms are due to anxiety, take multivitamins with multiminerals, take high protein, this will help.
