Mr Rahul Bhatnagar, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. From the write up, it is not clear who is the patien, what is the age, weight, height , dietary pattern, extent of daily physical activity. What is the exact dosage of medications being taken now? What do you mean by "average glucose 112 m" Is it HbA1c%? When was it checked? Because if it is that low, then patient unlikely to have diabetes. In this communication we are supposed to give general guide lines only. No drugs can be prescribed or recommended. For that you need to come in a private conversation with specific details of the patient. Also please mention fasting, PP & HbA1c% , age , weight, exercise being done, dietary pattern & lipid profile. If patient is above 60 years, also check serum creatinine and urea, to know kidney function. Thanks.

Hello looking at your fasting sugars, it is well within normal limits watch for any hypoglycemic episodes - like increased sweating and giddiness. Right now you continue your precription as before repeat sugars fasting and 2 hours post breakfast and review back after 20 days.
