Cardiac sarcomas is a type of cancer or tumor that starts in heart it can be in chambers or outside of heart or can involve blood vessel of heart. There may be chest pain or shortness of breath, fatigue, oedema etc according to involvement of heart. The treatment can be difficult because it's very rare. Treatment is depend on how big is tumor or is it spread to other organs also depend on the age. Treatment may include surgery if there is no metastasis and radiation therapy, or chemotherapy when it spread to other organs. Prognosis is not too good because there is no cure of cancer but we can prolong our life span by taking proper medication.
