I'm 50 now, I have a regular habit of brisk walking, I don't use elevator, I can easily walk 5 stories using steps, but off late I have decided to start running slowly, say for 1 or 2 km per day, at a very slow pace. Last time I used to run or play such games perhaps 35 years back. Will it hurt my knees, ankle, back or my entire system of bones, muscles, nerves etc? Should I run slowly or should continue only brisk walking?
