Take more food more frequently. Drink whole cream milk or milk shake. Use bigger plate. Use weight gainer supplement. Include dense fruits like banana, chikoo, dry fruits, apple, grapes, guava etc. Eat dense vegetable like sweet potato, carrot, peas, corn etc. Eat more fish, egg, cottage cheese, soy milk, soy products, lean meat, almond, walnut.
