Hi. Vertigo is not noncurable. It can be cured but first you need to go through some tests to determine the cause of your vertigo. You should avoid driving these days. Whenever you get stablise yourself and look at a far fixed point till it settles. I hope I helped you.

Vertin is not the solution for vertigo. Please consult with us to identify the cause for vertigo and treating the cause. Till you address the cause, vertigo will keep coming. Paracetamol will reduce fever but it does not address the cause for fever. Once you give antibiotics and remove the infection then fever will not occur. Similarly, vertin and vertigo!
