Hello doctors I need some answers from you. I had unprotected gay oral sex many times and one time anal. Tested two times for stds. Hiv tpha hcv hbsag test at 6 weeks and on 127th day hiv duo, hsv, hcv, hbsag,vdrl, chlamydia,tpha all are came back negative. Now I am in 18 month of last exposure. Still I have some symptoms like white coating tongue burning body. 2 weeks before some health problems. Lump in anal region. My doctor examined me and gave some medication. 1.tess 5g gel for tongue. 2. Smuth cream. 3.varisil.4.pa 650. 5.dulcolax tab these. After this, I had some small lump in around anus it look like one peace of rice. I searched in internet it is anal warts I am so tensed because it will become cancer. 1.anal warts will become cancer 2. If I have hpv virus can I marry because in feb 2021 I going to marry. 3. If I marry my wife will get hpv 4. If I marry means can we get child without hpv 5. Hpv test is available in tamilnad and its cost. Please reply me doctors please. Help me please.
