Hello doctor my last scan was on oct 3rd which showed gestation age as 6 weeks 1 day, but according to lmp it is 6 weeks 4 days. Foetal heart rate was seen, amniotic fluid and gestation sac everything was seen. But as I have pcos what precautions I must take? And complete tests were done were my tsh was high 6.96 and I am given now thyronorm 100 mcg other all tests were normal i.e blood test urine test etc. Is there any problem? Should I take care of something?

when fetal heart rate is seen. it's normal for 6 weeks. just be precaution ok no lifting work, avoid stenous excercise or intercourse. no constipation. no issues with PCOD. continue thyronorm

your ultrasound is absolutely normal. continue taking medicines as advised by your doctor. avoid doing heavy work .avoid prolonged standing .do not overstrain yourself .you can continue doing your day to day work . take a healthy balanced diet . increase intake of proteins and restrict intake of fats and refined sugar
