You might he having a haemorrhoid, which comes due to severe straining while passing stools. The pain will get relieved only once the swelling subsides. Keep the anal region clean and use a hot water sitz bath for pain relief. Do not manually try to push the hemorrhoid in as it will cause severe pain. The swelling should subside within a few weeks. Due to a rupture that caused the bleeding, it is better to visit a surgeon so they can examine and identify the severity of the hemorrhoid. If there is no more bleeding present then it seems like it is healing. Add more fibre in your diet and drink plenty of fluids as constipation will aggravate it.
