My thing's, hips are too heavy than upper body, I hv narrow shoulder (no muscle mass at shoulder), suffering from gyno, and no fat at face. I do daily workout at gym max 2 hours, take proper diet bt can't get muscles mass. Is I am suffering from klinefelter syndrome?
