It all started 5 days back when in the evening, I started having abdominal cramps and growling in stomach. What I had that afternoon was, milk & spicy paratha. And since the day lockdown has started, I am having maggi noodles continuous till the day this problem started. I am now having on & off stomach cramps in mostly upper abdomen & growling above navel & sometimes on left & right lower stomach too. Along with mild constipation, which is now okay as I took laxative for the same. I am taking pantocid it empty stomach & light diet & pudin hara too. This all gives me relief for some. Hours, but the growling movement in stomach returns afterwards. Growling mostly occurs when I am lying down or when I eat something. appetite is ok. Just I am eating less due to the fear that the problem will deteriorate. Please advise. Thanks in anticipation.
