I am 14 years old and I am having a pain in my thoracic spine whenever I run or jump. Normally I feel no pain but while jumping I feel tremendous pain. It happened when I was doing yoga with my legs up and my head down, suddenly my neck bent and after some hours it started paining.

If you have pain the thoracic spine n then you have to rule out the causes for the same. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having body pain through out especially thoracic spine. You are too much probably you might check your mineral and calcium levels before concluding anything and starting unnecessary treatments. Check for the deficiency that is one reason you have pain while doing yoga, with excessive movements of the lower leg and also in the neck area too which might be the reason for your neck curvature too (bent).
