Good evening doctor. My bp level is 150/110 pulse rate 90. I am female aged about 42 years. Doctor prescribed olmesar a 40 mg. But hen I purchased the tablet I was given omlesar 40 mg. Now I am hvng slight nose block plus my ankle of the leg paining. Can I follow the same medicine is it giving any side effects y I am getting this ankle and nose block. Kindly advise.

If you have developed nasal congestion after starting olmesartan and is increasing progressively , you should change the medication in consultation with your doctor
