I just finished my first week of serta tad 50 with a dose of 100 mg daily still no significant improvement how much time dose it take to kick in?

Hello, serta (sertraline) is an effective antidepressant. It will take about 4-6 weeks to see the maximum therapeutic benefits. It is good that dose has been increased from 50 mgs to 100 mgs once daily. Sometimes, dose may need to be increased to maximum 200 mgs once daily. Have regular reviews with your psychiatrist. You will gradually get better.
