Hi. I'm 24 years old and unmarried and I have little bit sharp breast pain like burning sensation. And having swelling in under armpit since 10 yrs. From last 2 months it feels little bit discomfort & burning sensation. There's no lumps. Is this a symptom of breast cancer. Can you help about this.
