Now the condition is that I can't walk to the washroom as well. Once I sleep it's very hard to stand up. Really struggling and need advise.

Dear user, Sad to hear about your pain. Well, research show most of the back pain is mechanical and the source of pain is intervertebral disc inflammation or bulge. Muscle relaxant (pain killer) can only suppress the pain for few time but don't cure root cause. I advise you to consult the nearest physical therapist. Physiotherapist are expert in dealing with such kind of pain and will help you by examination and evaluation of your pain and posture. If no physiotherapy clinic is nearby your resident area than I will suggest you to do the following 1. Posture correction: do not slouch while sitting and sit straight with tightening your back. As sitting slouch increases disc bulge more. 2. Do hot water fomentation three-time daily 15 min 3. Apply local ointment like volini 4. Rest: give rest to your back whenever you're in pain 5. First lying on your stomach (prone lying) for 3 min and see improving or not. If improving than most important is do mckenzie back extension exercise (google it) every two hourly try it for week if no improvement than consult your nearest physical therapist hope this will help you thank you.
