I have a big hole in my teeth and that hole is paining whenever I eat ice cream. And today when I ate ice cream after eating half of it I saw fresh drops of someone else blood in it. There were four to five drops of fresh blood. I think it is the blood of the man who gave us ice cream because he had a open wound on his hand and I ate the ice cream. My tooth was aching as soon as I ate the ice cream. It is like freezing and the pain goes to the root of my teeth from the middle of my last teeth. And there is a small hole in one teeth and also a big hole in another teeth. The holes in teeth are paining and also it feels like sensitivity because it is paining only when I eat cold things. And I ate the ice cream by keeping it directly on that teeth. So can the blood go inside the hole in my teeth because it is a big hole but there is no bleeding from the hole but it is very paining and I didn't wash my mouth too after eating ice cream. I am really worried. I don't know what to do because I kept the ice cream with blood directly on the teeth that is paining. And I didn't gurgle my mouth. So can the blood go inside my hole in the teeth or inside the teeth that is paining? And can the blood go inside the teeth that is paining when I eat cold things and also I didn't gurgle my mouth. Is the teeth that is paining a open wound? Can it cause hiv or hep? Please reply soon. Please anyone reply soon.

Your tooth is hurting because you have cavities which are close to tooth nerves, that's why you are getting sensitivity to cold stuff. Visit nearby dentist you might require a root canal treatment and fillings too. That few drops of blood is not going to harm you, there are no chances of any infection from that. But do get treatment else infection from your tooth cavities will spread.

Hi 1. Pain is because of cavities. Get them checked from endodontist. 2. You should not eat anything from someone who has open wound on hand. If the holes in your teeth (cavities) were having blood or tissue. Then do consult a medicine specialist. Take care.
