Hi Sir, Since last 6 months I have got fever (4 time) out of them 3 times, we go for tcdc & cbc report. All time it shows high wbc count (17000 to 22000). Doctors rx antibiotics and suggested chest x ray but x-ray was normal. While this I have mild pain below the neck mainly left side. Is there any suggestions. Please advise. My age is 53 and weight is 82.

In case of fever source of the infection in your body has to be found out, cbc tells us only that there is infection in the body, but it does not tell us where is the infection, for that you need to consult a good general physician. A good physician will take a good history and examine you accordingly and find out the source.
