Hi, In month of July my penis had burning sensation while urination. I went to doctor and got medicines but it cured on its own without taking any medicines. After few weeks in month of August I had bad breath in my mouth or when I sneeze I feel bad smell coming out and stool was very dark and small. Apart from this I without any reason suddenly I feel the urge to vomit. I didn't had fever or anything else. I don't know what is happening to me. I have lab reports if required. Nowadays very frequently I feel the urge to vomit but I don't vomit.
