Hi doctor, I m 22yrs old female. I was 67.2 kg a week ago. So I started to follow strict diet and I jogged on treadmill half an hour once in the mrng and once in the evening. Now my weight is 65. Within a week I lost more than 2kg. Is this a healthy way to lose weight. I am worried.
