Hello i'm having mental depression due to which I feel anxiety as a result my throat becomes sore n I have loss of appetite. I feel my heart beat has increased allot. I'm taking medicines censpram 10 n clonotril 0.25 mg. Will these medicines make all these problems go away. N how much time it will take. becoz anxiety makes me feel i'm dying.
