I feel dizzy, light-headed, have panic attacks and get negative, fearful thoughts most of the time. My head feels weird and I have to drag myself to do daily chores and office work. I have no enthusiasm and feel aloof and lethargic. All the time I think of illness and death. Past couple of years I have started experiencing pressure in the left side of my head with mild headache. When I work or walk, I feel as if I will fall or pass out. When I talk with people my head spins and feel dizzy. I feel okay only when I am home without any work and any responsibilities. Even slightest of tension makes my condition worse and my head pressure increases and my anxiety increases and I feel absolutely restless and panicky.
