You need back support when you sit on the chair and a firm stretchable pillow supporting your back will help. If one type of pillow is not suitable, you can try another type. If your ortho doctor has not advised back support or corset for you, you can ask for it and will be helpful. A corset is a steel-boned, rigid garment designed to reduce the waist and reshape the body. Worn for centuries, corsets provide structure and support to the back and torso and is available in medcial stores or online.
