I am 22 years old, I was little introverted, practiced meditation last six months back for one month fifteen minutes per day, after some days after I got severe heart pain one night, I noticed I was emotionless and unable to think clearly and unable to concentrate, I feeling high, at first some days felt delusional lightly, my main problem is I am feeling some tightly on my fore head when trying to think of something, recently feeling pain in left side of temporal region and facial muscles paining pain in nose while walking and feeling like hitting head while walking and feeling apathy, uncontested on all things and unable to feel emotional. When I went to doctors all reports regarding blood and mri, ct are normal they said it as depression. I request you to help sir, is hypnotherapy required for my condition, I request you to send veg diet chart for my condition. Thank you.

Hi, I will prescribe some harmless but effective bach flower remedy. Mix 2 drops of aspen+ 3 drops of mimulus + 3 drops of white chestnut + 2 drops of Mustard + 3 drops larch.+ 3 drops Clematis.
