Hello, I used to train 2 year ago in the gym and was quite in shape, due to some reasons I discontinued my training. Ik back to gym now and finding myself power deprived. My fat level goes to 22. Bmr is close to 1700. I have a habit of gaining fat particularly in my face and chest region. Kindly make me a diet chart. I can provide you with more information if you want.
