Question on what to eat in veg buffet? The following starters are provided: 1. Paneer 2. Potato fry 3. Potato (french fries) 4. Mushroom 5. Cauliflower 6. Crispy corn which out of these are high in fat, cholesterol? Which should be avoided if I have high cholesterol, fatty liver and obese?

The oil used outside is high in omega 6 which can lead to inflammation in our body as we are consuming enough of omega 6 anyways throughout the day. They also re use the oil which can be detrimental to our health. So avoid fried stuff when you go out. Occasionally you can have it but make sure you eat a lot of vegetables along with that. Prefer something which is not cooked like vegetable sandwich or open face sandwich, baked paneer or potato or cauliflower. Walk at least 30 min a day as it helps in reducing cholesterol.
