I'm suffering from a slight decrease in my white blood cells, another thing is that I noticed a difference in the size of my breast, my right breast is a little big bigger and the nipple is larger than the left side, the difference can be seen clearly when I observe, but I don't have any pain or any marks on my breast so I don't know is it normal or it may be a sign to breast cancer?

In your age the difference in breast size can be hormonal changes and not cancer all of a sudden as you think. Non cancerous swelling also is a possibility and need a check up.
