My father have done biopsy and result comes adenocarcinoma poorly differentiated. Others reports are. Immunohistochemistry: p40-tumor cells are negative ttf1-tumor cells are positive what does it mean?

Hello . ttf1 ( thyroid transcription factor ) is a reliable marker for thyroid and pulmonary adenocarcinoma. p40 is best marker for pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma. these are indicators for type of cancer cell.
