My daughter is taking risdone. 5 mg once in a day since one and half month rexipra 5 mg once in a day since 2 weeks and wakelert 75 during morning since 5 days for her sever anxiety problem. She is a medical 3rd year student and her age is 21 yrs she was not responding to risdone and her anxiety problem was getting worsen day by day and was unable to focus on study so doctor started rexipra and she started feeling good but within a week she started to feel very sleepy almost 20 hours in a day so doctor started walklert now she is feeling quite good but worrying that whether could she alright when the medicines would be stopped? How long can she continue these medicines?

Dear mam how long a medicine needs to be continued depends on a lot of factors like the duration of illness, severity of symptoms, response to the treatment, coping strategies and support that she has.
