Sir I am on medications after my piles surgery. Earlier those medicines were helpful for daily stool but now they aren't helping me out in the same. On every alternate day or two I am having stool but it stays hard and cause problems while excretion. Do I need to change my medicines or need to continue with the same? Current medication: orofer xt - 1 daily lesuride od75 - 1 daily gudlax plus syrup - 10 ml daily (before sleep) also, doctor suggested me to drink more and more water but it's not helpful.
